Our Service Delivery Vision
Our intake team pride themselves in quality delivery of your supports. The intake process can be completed in the comfort or your own home, or in our welcoming office environment. We are here for you.
Through the initial intake process we will match you with support workers in which will fit your lifestyle and hours of support you require.
Minimum 2 Hours
You are able to book a minimum 2-hour of support at a time.
NDIS Pricing
As a registered NDIS provider, we are compliant with the NDIA's Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) terms set out in the NDIS Price Guide. We apply TTP to relevant services where applicable.
From 1st July 2019, NDIS providers can charge a higher price for some services under the NDIS Price Guide. These higher prices are referred to as Temporary Transformation Payments (TTP). Connect Support Services and Solutions has followed the NDIA's requirements and charge TTP Pricing for some support categories.
This includes:
Assistance with self-care and personal domestic activities
Community access and participation in the community; and
Group based centre activities.
